| AMOXITEX is a broad spectrum antibiotic used for the treatment of non-chlamydial intestinal and respiratory bacterial infections in birds.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Enclosed scoop holds one level teaspoon. Add two level teaspoons of AMOXITEX to one quart of clean drinking water OR mix one level teaspoon of AMOXITEX to three level teaspoons of clean water and administer to the crop at the rate of one teaspoon per pound of bird’s weight. Use as bird’s only source of drinking water. Use fresh solution every day for five consecutive days. If bird does not respond to treatment or if bird’s condition worsens, consult a veterinarian. Keep stock solution covered in a dark refrigerator and discard after five days. Keep container closed before and after use. Store in a cool dry place.
