COOKING METHOD #1: Place one cup of Nacho's Frijoes Beans and Corn Mix in a saucepan, rinse well, drain, and add three cups of water. To cook, cover saucepan and bring to a boil. Then let simmer for an additional half an hour. Drain and let cool, serve at room temperature. Discard any unused portions or freeze in ziplock plastic bags.
COOKING METHOD #2: Place one cup of Nacho's Frijoles Beans and Corn Mix in a saucepad, rinse well and drain. Add three cups of water and soak beans overnight or at least six hours. Drain, then add two to three cups of water and place in microwave safe dish and cook on high for five minutes (microwave times may vary) or until beans are tender. Rinse well with water and serve at room temperature. Discard any unused portions or freeze in ziplock plastic bags.
